To provide financial oversight for the organization. Tasks include budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, and the creation and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies.
Monitor on-going governmental operations, identify issues suitable for Legislative review, gather and evaluate information, and recommend courses of action to the Board. Continue working relationship with lobbying firm.
To select topics and speakers for Annual Program in order to provide information on topics of broad interest to members. Work in conjunction with staff to coordinate the speakers, the meeting location, select all equipment, food and other needs.
